We have so many customers that us to order a sewage pump, they have all the specs figured out, and expect that they will have good pressure at their height. But not all pumps are created equal! All the specs might b figured correctly, but if you are working with a pressurized city main, you will need a high pressure sewage pump. You need a much high PSI when working with a pressurized city main, and a lot of sewage pumps don't have the necessary PSI.
When looking to purchase a new sewage pump that will be tapping into the city main, contact your cities public works to find out what PSI you need. That will save a lot of headaches.
If you are connecting to another septic or a gravity fed main, take a look at our wide selection of quality sewage pumps at great prices.
I had no idea that there were so many different kind of pumps out there. It sounds like making sure that there is no debris is a great way to make sure that there is no back up as well. Something that makes me nervous is the thought that there is potential for a backup. http://www.deckmanelectric.com
